Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is hiring a Renovation Specialist to restore and repair properties, ensure attractive appearance and safety, and support resident satisfaction. You will work under the guidance of the Project Manager, coordinating with owners, inspectors, and team members to deliver quality results at each property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ years’ related experience preferred.
• Prior remodeling experience preferred; drywall finishing preferred.
• Cabinetry experience preferred; general plumbing/electrical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with construction tools and equipment; read blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in daily interactions with owners, customers, inspectors, subcontractors and team members.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with owners and customers.
• Perform repairs and renovations to properties to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective completion of projects and adherence to budgets.
• Follow safety protocols and work with Project Manager to complete projects accurately and safely.
• Read blueprints, measure materials, and determine quantities needed.
