Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Equivalent education with 3+ years’ related experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of more complicated maintenance repairs.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties.
• Prepare open apartments for rental within 24 to 72 hours.
• Manage each portion of the project from assignment to completion.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
