Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton in Chattanooga seeks a Sales Manager to drive group and catering revenue during a full hotel renovation. You will cultivate relationships in targeted markets, secure new business, and leverage renovation milestones as compelling sales opportunities.

You will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with hotel teams to ensure successful events from contract to completion.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Full service brand experience and Delphi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business.
• Managing and responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity.
• Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts.
• Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points.
• Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Team.
• Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
