Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group (DoubleTree) seeks a Sales Manager to drive group and catering revenue during a major hotel renovation. You will cultivate relationships, source new business, and leverage renovation milestones as compelling selling points while partnering with hotel teams to ensure flawless events from contract to completion.

Ideal candidates have hotel or related experience, a college degree or equivalent, and strong skills in RFP response, negotiation, and brand

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Full service brand experience and Delphi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing and securing new group and catering business.
• Responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity.
• Negotiating and executing group and catering contracts.
• Positioning renovation enhancements, timelines, and future product as key selling points.
• Supporting overall revenue goals and sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Team.
• Representing DoubleTree and HVMG with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
