DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chattanooga Downtown is seeking a Sales Manager to drive group and catering revenue during a major hotel renovation. You will cultivate relationships in targeted markets and translate renovation milestones into compelling sales opportunities, collaborating with hotel teams to ensure successful events from contract to completion.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Delphi experience is a plus, plus familiarity with hotel brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and secure new group and catering business.
• Respond to RFPs and inquiries with urgency and creativity.
• Negotiate and execute group and catering contracts.
• Position renovation enhancements and timelines as selling points.
• Support revenue goals and sales strategy with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
