Newrez LLC is seeking a Reno Project Analyst I to manage renovation and escrow holdback projects from intake to completion. You will ensure documents meet investor guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA), review bids and appraisals, and coordinate across homeowner, contractor, and internal teams to keep the file moving.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaboration in a fast-paced mortgage environment and requires attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Review renovation and escrow holdback documents for underwriting and investor guidelines.
• Analyze contractor bids, certifications, and supporting docs.
• Track progress of renovation and escrow projects across multi-state pipelines.
• Communicate requirements clearly to all parties and manage inquiries.
