Newrez is seeking a Reno Project Analyst I to manage renovation and escrow holdback projects from start to finish, ensuring documentation meets investor guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role requires coordinating with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams while maintaining an active pipeline.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, approving disbursements, and handling inquiries with a strong emphasis on FHA 203(k) and HomeStyle Renovation processing.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years mortgage loan life-cycle experience or 1 year Conventional/Government renovation project review experience.

Aufgaben

• Review renovation and escrow documents to ensure alignment with underwriting and investor guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA).
• Track and record progress of renovation and escrow holdback projects; communicate requirements to all parties.
• Manage multi-state loan pipeline; coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Advise Accounting, QC, Government Insuring, and others on project inquiries.
• Determine project eligibility based on agency/investor guidelines; approve disbursement requests.
