Hirexa Ai is seeking a Property Inspector in Lexington, KY. The role involves inspecting properties both interior and exterior, including virtual inspections, to assess occupancy and coordinate winterization for vacancies.

You will also handle escrow holdbacks and renovations loans under AHFC and FHLMC programs, reporting to the Property Management Officer. The position entails coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with loan disbursement procedures.
