• 2 years experience = 1 year education (equivalent)
• Experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate change order approvals and timely resolution of construction adjustments
• Monitor construction quality and ensure consistency across markets and vendors
• Audit construction outcomes and document performance trends
• Contribute insights on construction trends, pricing, and vendor performance
• Accuracy and timeliness of construction data entry and reporting
