METIS Development Group is seeking a Renovation Logistics Coordinator to manage unit-by-unit schedules and tenant relocations across Washington County, MN, and St. Louis Park, MN.

This temp-to-perm role focuses on coordinating residents, contractors, and vendors to keep renovations on schedule while maintaining a professional tenant experience. You will work on-site, oversee communications, and ensure vacant, ready-for-renovation units with timely turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills to track multiple units and schedules.
• Comfortable working with residents in high-touch situations.
• Experience coordinating vendors (movers, hotels, contractors) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage unit-by-unit renovation schedules with construction and property management teams.
• Notify tenants of upcoming work, timelines, and expectations with clear communication.
• Coordinate relocations, scheduling movers, securing accommodations, and move-in/out timelines.
• Act as primary liaison between tenants, onsite staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues and keep projects moving.
• Track progress and maintain detailed unit status records.
