Job summary

Qualifications

2–5 years of construction coordination experience.
Experience with multifamily renovations preferred.
Knowledge of permitting processes and project workflows.
Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support to the project management team.
Ensure adherence to project management protocols and compliance.
Assist with permitting and regulatory submissions.
Assist with submittals for client and engineering reviews.
Aid procurement and purchasing of major materials to control costs and ensure timely delivery.
Source subcontractors and vendors for projects.
Enter and maintain project data in the CRM system.
Track and update project schedules and progress.
Conduct site visits for quality control.
