Job Responsibilities

We seek skilled, reliable laborers with a strong work ethic eager to learn our construction process and grow with us. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with site layout, measurement, excavation, plumbing, backfilling, forming, steel tying, concrete placement, rigging, and installation.
• Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete tasks.
• Operate tools such as pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, and hand tools safely.
• Operate heavy equipment safely.
• Set up and transfer temporary structures like scaffolding.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to travel and work out of town regularly.
• Utilize air transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prompt attendance at shop or job site.
• Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Pass background and drug screening, including random tests.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety rules.
• Apprenticeship or specialization is a plus but not required.
