Responsibilities

• Opens the restaurant at the prescribed time and ensures the reception area is clean and ready for guests to enter.
• Seat guests in a courteous and friendly manner and ensure any specials needs have been taken care of.
• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance and present positive customer service techniques.
• Answers phone inquiries and takes down messages for customers as necessary.
