Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Redfield Ridge community in Reno, NV. The role supports the maintenance team to uphold high property standards, curb appeal, and safety compliance. Expect hands-on work across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry with a focus on timely, quality repairs.

Hourly pay range is $22.00 - $24.00 DOE. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends and after-hours

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• General computer skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain a flexible, available schedule to respond promptly and resolve after-hours and weekend emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, basic painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work.
• Maintain the exterior curb appeal of the community and ensure the cleanliness of the grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, rental offices, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3-5 days of vacancy.
• Respond promptly and professionally to tenant service requests, ensuring efficient resolution within 24 hours.
