Job summary

Hi Tech Commercial Service in Reno, NV is seeking qualified Commercial Appliance Technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations. This role includes a company vehicle, cell phone, comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k, and paid training opportunities.

Applicants should have experience in cooking or refrigeration, strong electrical/electronic/mechanical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related fields.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls in a timely manner.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
