Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HVAC/R experience (refrigeration industry).
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, rack systems, chillers, and rooftop units.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage service calls independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC.
• Service rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, rooftop units.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Complete accurate service documentation and work orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding repairs and performance.
• Collaborate with team to meet project goals.
• Stay current with industry technologies and equipment developments.
