Dauntless Discovery, a full-service international law firm, seeks a Business Litigation Associate for its Reno office. The firm handles matters nationwide and across a robust litigation platform.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in general commercial litigation, strong civil procedure knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Nevada bar admission or eligibility is required; clerkship is a plus. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of knowledge and experience in general commercial litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and case management, including depositions and expert witnesses.
• Admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission.
• Excellent academic credentials with outstanding written and oral communication skills; clerkship preferred.
