You will handle a broad range of matters from inception to resolution, including strategy, pleadings, motions, and trial preparation, while working closely with seasoned partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably handling general liability, construction, personal injury, contracts, and/or commercial disputes.
• Current Nevada State Bar admission required.
• Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, drafting motions and briefs, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court. Arbitration and/or trial experience preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception to resolution, including strategy, research, and drafting pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery, argue motions in court, attend mediations, and participate in trials.
• Collaborate with a team and mentor junior associates and law clerks.
• Engage with diverse clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
