Fennemore, an AM Law 200 firm that helps businesses thrive, has an immediate need for an associate attorney with three to five years’ quality experience in complex commercial litigation to join our Reno office. The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including written discovery, depositions, drafting motions, and participation in court proceedings.

Strong academic record, excellent professional credentials, and admission to practice law in Nevada, required.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• 3–5 years of quality experience in complex commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, and drafting motions.
• Draft and file motions and participate in court proceedings.
• Maintain case management and coordination with teams and clients.
