OnTrac is seeking an Area Manager in Reno, NV to oversee sort activities and volume within an assigned area at an operational facility. The role requires leadership to guide Package Handlers and ensure safety and efficiency.

The position is onsite with a schedule Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and offers a competitive base pay with growth potential based on tenure and performance.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required.
• BA/BS in related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Handlers in an assigned area.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address attendance.
• Lead pre-sort meetings and communicate daily goals and safety priorities.
• Oversee flow of volume from designated Linehauls and maintain smooth operations.
• Perform safety training, audits, and end-of-shift reporting.
