Sophos in the United States is seeking a quota-carrying overlay sales professional focused on renewals and expansions. You will partner with Account Managers to drive renewal rates, ACV, and billings targets, enabling expansion motions.

You will manage end-to-end renewals, identify renewal risks, maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will maintain accurate forecasts in SFDC and contribute to high Net Revenue Retention.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent; 1-3+ years in renewal account management or sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
