• Support Renewals Specialists with process documentation for vendor renewals and Cisco subscriptions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to capture customer requirements and objectives.
• Gather customer information and prepare quotes using pricing guidelines and quote tools.
• Enter orders into the system and coordinate with vendors to confirm orders.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and follow up on renewals and ETAs.
