Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles such as sales agent or account manager is helpful.
• Ability to contact customers by phone and visit when needed.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with expired Rental Agreements to assess needs and re-sell/renew.
• Demonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality and consistency in accounts management.
• Contact references on accounts that do not return calls.
• Mail letters according to mail program.
• Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreements.
• Schedule voluntary turn-ins when bringing a Rental Agreement current is unlikely.
• Handle field collections and de-installations.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is highly desirable.
