Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp in Houston, TX is seeking a Substation Execution Manager to lead the full lifecycle of engineering projects in solar, storage, and other clean energy solutions. The role reports to the Field Operations Manager III and offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel to project sites.

You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical)
• 5+ years of experience in engineering project management in renewable energy
• Familiarity with Primavera and MS Project

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of engineering projects from planning through construction and completion.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
• Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets and resources.
• Oversee technical design, engineering and regulatory compliance aspects.
• Lead project meetings, track progress and address risks.
