Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation seeks a Copperhead- Laborer Renewables (Non-driver) to support the construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare worksites, and help maintain a safe, efficient job site.

The role involves assisting with assembly and installation of solar panels and wind components, site cleanup, trenching, and material handling. Physical work, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial labor is preferred but not required.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and climbing.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to site safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and installation of solar panels, wind turbine components, and other renewables infrastructure.
• Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, sweeping, and material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction activities.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on the site.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed.
• Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with various tasks.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
