Job summary

The Copperhead- Laborer Renewables (Non-driver) at Primoris Renewable Energy will perform general labor duties to support construction and maintenance of renewable energy projects. Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial labor is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, wind turbine components, and other renewable energy infrastructure.
• Perform general site cleanup and organization, including debris removal, sweeping, and material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction activities using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on the job site.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed and trained.
• Follow all safety protocols, wearing PPE at all times.
• Support skilled craftspeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters, ironworkers) with various tasks.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
