Qualifications

• Construction or industrial labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• No driver's license required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and installation of renewable energy components.
• General site cleanup and material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prep ground using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials and move them on site.
• Operate hand and power tools as trained.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Support skilled tradespeople (e.g., electricians, carpenters).
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
