Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a student-intern to support QA/QC inspections on wind and solar projects. You will assist with inspection quality, document project activities, and coordinate with field engineers and foremen to ensure compliance with drawings and procedures.

This role emphasizes safety, organization, and accurate reporting. The position targets current BS degree students in Construction Management or engineering-related fields, with strong Excel/Word skills and a collaborative

Qualifications

• Read, analyze and interpret blueprints and technical procedures.
• Write daily reports and document project activities.
• Calculate figures and amounts such as area, circumference and volume.
• Apply concepts of algebra and geometry.
• Communicate clearly with a diverse group of field employees.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all safety policies.
• Assist with inspection quality of work on wind and solar projects.
• Record QA data accurately and timely.
• Interface with field engineers and foremen to ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Help compile operation/maintenance documentation and punch lists.
