Renewable Energy Systems Ltd is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Services to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple utility-scale energy facilities, including storage assets, with site managers and contractor oversight to ensure safe, reliable performance.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days in office, and involves budget/contract escalation to the Regional/Project Manager while managing daily execution and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.
• 1+ years Power or Renewables Project experience required.
• Experience with utility scale facility management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of renewable energy assets, including oversight of smaller assets.
• Build relationships with owners and stakeholders to meet performance metrics.
• Oversee maintenance plans and coordinate with operators for compliance.
• Lead troubleshooting and investigations into equipment failures or underperformance.
• Develop and maintain O&M procedures for facilities and departments.
• Produce operational reports for internal teams and clients.
• Provide on-call operational support and improve data collection/reporting processes.
