Job summary

TopRecroot, a renewable energy platform, is seeking an experienced leader to take a leading role in the commercial and operational management of its Europe-wide asset portfolio.

You will work with senior leadership to drive asset performance, optimise operations and oversee commercial agreements with PPAs, O&M, EPC, and service contracts.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, integration of acquisitions, and a focus on long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and operational management of a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
• Drive asset performance, operational excellence and long-term value creation.
• Manage relationships with operators, O&M providers, EPC contractors, technical advisors and other external partners.
• Oversee commercial agreements, including PPAs, O&M, EPC and service contracts.
• Support the integration of newly acquired assets into the portfolio.
• Monitor performance across operations, technical and commercial dimensions, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on portfolio planning, risk management and strategic initiatives.
• Engage with lenders, advisors and stakeholders as required.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving asset performance, supporting portfolio growth and ensuring the long-term value creation of the platform's renewable energy assets.
