What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects
2. Take ownership of financial models related to renewable project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, and tax incentive strategies
3. Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools
4. Optimize financial analytic processes and review industry macroeconomic trends to mitigate portfolio risks
5. Engage in advanced level discussions related to utility-scale renewables and energy infrastructure

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Project finance experience in Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
2. Strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
3. Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions is strongly preferred
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly
5. Ability to quickly learn to participate in advanced discussions in the renewable energy sector

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Prior experience with advanced project finance deal execution
2. Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
