Fuse Energy seeks a Project Development Lead NI/ROI to identify and secure renewables opportunities across data centres, wind, BESS, rooftop, and ground-mounted sites. You will manage local networks, coordinate with Finance, GIS, and engineering to assess feasibility, and oversee permitting through construction readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years in development, strong communication, and the ability to lead multi-project initiatives within a dynamic startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in power, renewable energy, agronomy, environmental studies, or project management.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a development role with a track record in project development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Irish renewable sector and local authorities is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with travel requirement.

Responsabilités

• Identify, analyze, and secure new energy prospects (data centres, BESS, wind, rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted installations).
• Develop and manage local commercial network to facilitate site acquisitions and project development.
• Collaborate with Finance, GIS, and engineering teams to assess feasibility and optimize project design.
• Oversee permitting from inception to construction readiness, ensuring regulatory and grid-connection compliance.
• Structure PPAs and other financial models with the finance team and clients.
• Lead the acquisition process from opportunity identification to transaction completion and handover.
