Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a NOC or operations center, preferably in energy or utilities.
• Familiarity with renewable energy systems or SCADA/telemetry systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor solar and wind farm performance through SCADA dashboards.
• Identify anomalies in real-time, perform root-cause analysis.
• Document incidents and generate performance reports.
• Propose preventive measures and assist in maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide updates.
