Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field.
• 10+ years in the power/energy/renewable energy sector with asset economics experience.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale power markets and risk management.
• Experience crafting and executing commercial strategies to optimize portfolios.
• Understanding of renewable project finance structures and tax equity considerations.
• Familiar with PPAs, LLCAs, joint ventures and other contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
• Experience with data analytics and programming tools (Python, Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategies to maximize ENGIE's renewable portfolio value via PPAs, renegotiations, and REC monetization.
• Oversee management and optimization of environmental/capacity attributes to boost revenue.
• Partner with trading to balance market opportunities and risk across assets.
• Establish and oversee the annual market risk framework for the portfolio.
• Provide risk guidance for investments, development, and PPAs; advise on mitigation strategies.
• Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing, diverse team.
