Job summary

ARM Group LLC is seeking a Civil or Environmental Project Manager to lead land development projects for renewable energy installations. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, CAD designers, and staff to deliver comprehensive environmental and permitting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in PA/MD/VA or other mid-Atlantic state(s).
• 5+ years designing and permitting land development or land use projects.
• Experience with stormwater management plans and NPDES permitting.
• Knowledge of state environmental regulations and local permitting authorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate land development projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Prepare and review engineering designs and permit applications for approvals.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and manage risks; ensure scope adherence and quality control.
• Develop design drawings using CAD software and present findings to stakeholders.
• Assist with technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and client communications.
