Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Project Control Specialist to track financial performance for renewable energy EPC projects. You will focus on equipment rental costs, training field teams, and escalating cost and forecasting concerns to the Project Controls Manager.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting, construction management, or business, plus 2–5 years in cost controls within EPC or renewable fields. PMP or EVP certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and cost tracking software.
• Ability to teach cost-tracking workflows to field teams.
• Experience in cost controls for EPC or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment rental costs and variances for projects.
• Provide field training on cost tracking and financial processes.
• Support field teams in resolving cost-tracking issues and site progress validation.
• Assist with site document control and proper cost coding of expenses.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify budget overruns early.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis for project controls.
