Job summary

DESRI seeks a Development Coordinator to support its growing renewable-energy development portfolio in the United States. You’ll help keep projects organized, track milestones, and coordinate across permitting, engineering, legal, and finance teams while engaging with stakeholders.

Key duties include maintaining dashboards, coordinating internal meetings and action items, and preparing summaries and communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, renewable energy, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Notion, Asana, Monday.com is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project tracking systems, development dashboards, and milestone reporting.
• Support development leadership with internal project management, meetings, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication among development, permitting, engineering, finance, legal, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with RFP processes, document management, data collection, and submission coordination.
• Support community engagement, including public meetings and stakeholder outreach.
• Coordinate conference participation, industry events, and team meetings.
• Prepare internal presentations, development updates, and project summaries.
• Assist with consultant coordination and contract tracking.
• Maintain organized project documentation and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and team efficiency.
• Support special projects and other strategic initiatives as needed.
