Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a Lucy- Laborer Renewables (Non-driver) to support solar, wind, and other renewables projects. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prepare worksites, and maintain a safe, efficient outdoor work environment without company vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial labor is preferred but not required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing long periods, bending, stooping and climbing.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
• Committed to safety and site safety regulations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• No driver’s license required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with assembly and installation of solar panels and wind components.
• Perform general site cleanup and material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, prep ground for construction.
• Load and unload materials, move them to designated areas.
• Operate hand and power tools as directed and trained.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
• Assist with setup and dismantling of temporary structures.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
