No vehicle operation is required for this role; you will perform general labor tasks, handle materials, set up temporary structures, and follow site safety protocols as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or industrial labor preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
• Commitment to safety and site regulations.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, able to work as a team.
• No driver's license required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly and installation of solar panels, wind turbine components, and other renewable energy infrastructure.
• Perform general site cleanup and organization, including debris removal, sweeping, and material handling.
• Dig trenches, excavate foundations, and prepare ground for construction activities using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials and equipment, moving them to designated areas on the job site.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools as directed and trained.
• Follow all safety protocols, wearing PPE at all times.
• Support skilled craftspeople with various tasks.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures and equipment.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned by supervisors.
