Job summary

TAKKION is seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and maintain relationships with renewable energy developers, utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and other stakeholders. You will identify upcoming projects, build a qualified pipeline, and lead opportunities from engagement to contract award.

Required: 5+ years in renewable energy business development, experience with utility-scale wind construction, and strong negotiation skills. Travel up to 75% is expected. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in renewable energy business development or related sales.
• Experience supporting utility-scale wind construction opportunities.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycles and contracting.
• Established relationships with developers, asset owners, EPCs, or OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for utility-scale wind construction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities with developers, asset owners, EPCs, OEMs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of near-term and long-term projects.
• Engage customers early to position TAKKION as a preferred partner.
• Manage opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and contract award.
• Collaborate with leadership, estimating, operations, finance, and legal.
• Support bid strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Represent TAKKION at meetings, conferences, and site visits.
