The Green Recruitment Company is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join the Asset Management Team focused on operating solar and battery storage assets. You will support performance analysis, investor reporting, cash management, and O&M coordination to optimize portfolio value.

Ideal candidates have 1–4+ years of renewable energy experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to scale a growing function.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of experience in renewable energy development, ownership, operation, or investment.
• Experience across asset management, O&M, engineering, project finance, contracts, accounting, or data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support management of a portfolio of operating solar and battery storage assets.
• Review technical and financial performance against plan and identify variance drivers.
• Prepare operational reporting for management, investors, lenders, and other parties.
• Own financial models tracking investment performance and returns.
• Lead project cash management, including payments, debt service, and distributions.
• Coordinate with O&M contractors to address issues and ensure preventive maintenance.
