The AES Corporation in the United States is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the development and financing of renewable energy projects across the U.S. You will collaborate with AES's Real Estate team under the Real Estate Senior Manager to ensure title, land, and site control processes are handled efficiently.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Origination, Project Development, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Construction, with up to 10% travel.

Formación

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support all real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing activities, including survey coordination and site plan reviews.
• Assist with land data management and GIS integration.
• Support routing and payment of vendor invoices through SAP Fiori.
• Assist with site control agreements and title-related documents.
• Contribute to title reports review and curative strategies.
• Review ALTA surveys for accuracy and completeness.
• Support title curative efforts, including mineral ownership research and permits.
• Build strong relationships with title companies, brokers, surveyors, and AES teams to mitigate risk and support project financing.
