Job summary

The AES Corporation is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the development and financing of renewable energy projects across the United States. You will join the Real Estate team and interact with internal and external stakeholders to advance solar, wind, thermal, and energy storage initiatives.

Reporting to a Real Estate Senior Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in project economics, title research, and land management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, land administration, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing activities.
• Coordinate surveys, site plan reviews, and buildable area analyses; assist with title insurance processes.
• Maintain land data in AES land database and integrate with GIS platforms.
• Process vendor invoices through SAP Fiori; handle site control agreements and title documents.
• Review title reports and develop title curative strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with title companies, brokers, surveyors, and AES teams to mitigate risk and support financing.
