Job summary

AES US Renewables & Power is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the development of renewable energy projects across the United States. You will work on land matters, site controls, and project financing as part of AES's Real Estate team, reporting to a Real Estate Senior Manager.

This role offers exposure to multiple disciplines including Origination, Project Development, Legal, Finance, and Engineering, with travel up to 10%, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, land administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth is beneficial.
• Interest in renewable energy and supporting sustainable infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support all real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing activities, including title insurance coordination.
• Assist with land data management and GIS data integration.
• Support SAP Fiori invoicing routing, approvals, and payments.
• Assist with site control agreements and title curatives.
• Contribute to review of title reports and curative strategies.
• Review ALTA surveys for accuracy.
• Build relationships with title companies, brokers, surveyors, and AES teams to mitigate risk.
• Exposure to the development lifecycle of renewable energy projects.
