Zusammenfassung

The AES Corporation US Renewables & Power is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support the development of renewable energy projects as part of AES's Real Estate team across the United States.

Reporting to a Real Estate Senior Manager, you will collaborate with a diverse network of stakeholders, handle title and land data tasks, and contribute to project financing and delivery within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, or land administration preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Support all real estate aspects of project development, construction, and financing.
• Coordinate surveys, site plan reviews, and buildable area analyses.
• Assist with land data management and GIS integration.
• Process vendor invoices through SAP Fiori routing and approvals.
• Handle site control agreements and title-related documents.
• Review title reports and develop title curative strategies.
• Review ALTA surveys for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with title companies, brokers, surveyors, and AES teams to mitigate risk.
