Job summary

RWE Americas in New York is seeking a Project Execution Manager to lead renewable energy project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget. This office-based role requires coordinating with multiple departments, managing contracts, and guiding on-site teams to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering or construction, 5+ years PM experience (PMP or PE a plus), and willingness to travel 25–50%. Proficiency with MS Office and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction field from an accredited university.
• PMP Certification or PE is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in power generation preferred; construction field experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assure timely execution within schedule and budget and in compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Manage contracts, change orders and invoices for projects.
• Coordinate expectations, workflows and communications across departments and stakeholders.
• Perform Quality Analysis/Quality Control of key deliverables.
• Identify, report and manage project risks with mitigation plans.
• Lead on-site team members and provide direction to achieve goals.
• Maintain communication with senior management and project groups; distribute progress reports.
• Ensure high environmental health and safety on renewable energy projects.
