Responsibilities

• Lead complex financing transactions including construction debt, term loans, and tax equity structures for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Negotiate deal terms and documentation directly with major banks, institutional lenders, and tax equity investors.
• Optimize capital structures across individual projects and portfolios to maximize returns and minimize cost of capital.

Ideal Candidate

• 7-10 years in project finance or structured finance with renewable energy/infrastructure focus. (Ideally, experiences at an Investment Bank, Developer, or Investor)
• Advanced financial modeling skills and deep understanding of renewable energy project economics
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions
