The Green Recruitment Company is assisting a confidential client in the United States with the recruitment of a Vice President of Project Finance for renewable energy projects. The role leads financing strategies and closes major transactions on a growing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in project finance structures, debt, tax equity, and structured capital, with 10+ years in energy or infrastructure finance and a proven track record of lender engagement and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Energy Finance, or related field
• Strong experience executing renewable energy or infrastructure financings
• Understanding of project finance structures, debt, tax equity, and/or structured capital
• Experience managing transactions from initial structuring through financial close
• Experience working with lenders and other capital providers
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Finance and execute a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with development, investments, legal, accounting, and commercial teams.
