Job summary

Neste in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day supply, sales, and trading operations for renewable and petroleum deliveries. You will coordinate movements of SAF and coordinate terminal operations across road, rail, pipeline, and marine modes, working with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely invoicing and performance.

Your role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to optimization and risk management in a global operations

Qualifications

Degree in business or similar studies or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of petroleum/renewable fuels and logistics.
Experience coordinating operations across multiple transport modes is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Google Workspace advantageous.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate SAF movements from planning to invoicing.
Coordinate terminal operations using truck, rail, pipeline and marine modes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across sales, legal, logistics and finance.
Maintain up-to-date desk instructions and share live information with stakeholders.
Monitor quality, quantity, and ensure accuracy in daily operations.
