Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Lead to manage end-to-end compliance for U.S. and international low-carbon fuel programs, including RFS (EPA), LCFS, and ISCC.

You will own feedstock traceability, mass balance, RIN generation, and audit readiness across operations, trading, and sustainability teams. This role sits at the intersection of plant operations and regulatory reporting, ensuring accurate environmental attribute monetization and liaison with

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in Renewable fuels, refining, or commodities trading.
• Experience maintaining mass balance systems, audit processes and regulatory reporting.
• Strong data handling capability (Excel, SQL, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of RIN generation and EMTS transfers.
• Oversee LCFS reporting and credit issuance.
• Own facility-wide mass balance system for multiple feedstocks and products.
• Maintain ISCC compliance, POS docs, and audits.
• Lead regulatory reporting calendars and external audits.
